Outdoor Wedding Ceremony
- Time: 2:00 pm
- Ceremony begins at 2:00 pm. Please arrive early.
- Location:
- Lake Sundance, 63 Suncrest Way SE Calgary AB, in the green-space in the far north-west corner of the property.
- Details:
- Lake Sundance staff at either gate will permit entrance to guests whose names are on our guest-list.
Backup Wedding Ceremony
- Time: 2:00 pm
- If it is raining, we may have an indoor ceremony at 2:00 pm at Jon's parents' church in Calgary.
- Location:
- Bonavista Evangelical Missionary Church, 1509 Lake Ontario Dr SE, Calgary AB.
- Details:
- In the event of poor-weather on the wedding day, we will indicate on this website which location we will use by 11 am, July 6, 2013.
Wedding Reception
- Time: 6:00 pm
- Doors will be opened at 6:00 pm, and dinner will be served at 6:30 pm with a dance to follow.
- Location:
- The Wainwright Hotel, Heritage Park, 1900 Heritage Dr. S.W. Calgary AB
- Details:
- Guests may park in the main parking lot free of charge. Alternately guests may drive on-site and park in front of the Wainwright Hotel after 6 pm. Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm, with a dance to follow. A cash-bar will be open for the evening.
Dress Considerations
The wedding is formal, and we invite you to dress in style! However, as this is an outdoor wedding, we do encourage guests to bring comfortable footwear for walking, and to bring extra clothing in case of rain.
